Coastal Wreath

2021, pen and ink on 11” x 14” stipple texture paper.

Commissioned for a save the date invitation, “Coastal Wreath” includes the green, wet beauty of West of the Cascades. Inspired by what you would find in a tide pool; Goose Neck Barnacles, Starfish, Anemones, Muscles, and Kelps. Other parts of the wreath consist of the ocean’s descendants on the land; Lichens, Moss, Ferns, Morel, and Chanterelle mushrooms.
